Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

✔️ Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send an email to support@thequeensagenda.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
